PROBLEM: Pickering Town Centre's food and beverage scene faced a decline in customer traffic and sales. This meant fewer people were visiting the restaurants and spending money.

SOLUTION: 

DRH Group designed a strategic campaign to revitalize interest in the area's dining options. They implemented a multi-pronged approach:

  • Get Paid to Eat Campaign: This campaign likely offered incentives to customers who dined at participating restaurants.
  • Targeted Digital Marketing: Geo-fencing ensured ads reached people near the restaurants, while targeted ads on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) put the message in front of a relevant audience.
  • Micro-Influencer Engagement: Partnering with 24 local social media personalities allowed the campaign to leverage their reach and influence to promote the restaurants and the "Get Paid to Eat" event.

RESULTS:

The campaign proved successful. Restaurants experienced a significant increase in sales activity, both during and after the campaign. Pickering Town Centre successfully reignited the community's interest in its diverse food and beverage offerings.
